Before you come in
Prep your
glow
Prep is the single most important part of the spray tanning process.

At least 24 hours before
Shave or wax. Doing it the day of leaves pores open and can leave you speckled.

The night before
Exfoliate head to toe with an exfoliating mitt. Please do not use a scrub with oil in it. Rinse well and skip the body lotion afterward.

Morning of
Come with bare skin — no lotion, no deodorant, no makeup, no perfume, no SPF. Any of those act as a barrier.

What to wear
Loose, dark clothing and flip-flops. Skip tight waistbands, bra straps, jeans, and socks until after you rinse.
Tanning for an event? Book two days ahead, not the day of. Color keeps developing after you leave, and it photographs best once it has settled.

Cancellations
Move or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation — no charge.
Any cancellation made after that point is charged 50% of the appointment total. No-shows are charged 100%.
Running late
Text us. We hold your slot as long as the day allows, but appointments are back to back and a full service takes the time it takes.
More than 10 minutes late may mean rebooking.
